Jonesville, Virginia–Powell Valley National Bank (PVB, Bank) is pleased to announce the promotion of Haley Hillman to Vice President.
Hillman began her career with PVB in March 2019 as a teller and customer service representative in the Duffield office. Ambitious and eager to learn, she quickly worked her way up the ranks to become a lender and now works in loan operations as a credit analyst. Haley also serves as the bank’s Loan Committee Secretary. With her attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills, she has made a positive impact across the Bank.

A promising leader in the industry, Haley is an active member of the Virginia Bankers Association (VBA). She is set to graduate from the VBA’s School of Bank Management in 2025 and is a member of the association’s Emerging Bank Leaders group.
Hillman, a Duffield, Virginia native, graduated from Rye Cove High School in 2015. In 2018, she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University. She currently resides in Kingsport, Tennessee, with her boyfriend, Cory, and their dog, Archie.
